DESCRIPTION:Work is off to a good start at the future 85th Street interchan
 ge on Interstate 29. This interchange will be the area's fourth diverging 
 diamond interchange and is a joint project of the South Dakota Department 
 of Transportation\, cities of Sioux Falls and Tea\, and Lincoln County. Cr
 ews are working on water main installation\, grading\, structural steel an
 d bridge piles. Installation of geofoam is scheduled to begin this week. W
